Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Original packaging must be included.
How to Return
Initiate your return through our online portal at citizensandhumanity.com/returns. You will need your order number and email address. A prepaid return label will be provided.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund amount.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Worn or damaged merchandise
- Products without original tags
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Swimwear and intimate apparel
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and packaging. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your desired item quickly.
Return Status
Track your return status through your account or using the tracking number from your return label. Email confirmation will be sent when your return is processed.
